Daniel, creator of Agile Learnings, is currently working as a Scrum Master at 352 Inc. Previously, he was a part of Mindtree's Global Agile Center of Excellence. Although he originally joined Mindtree as a Software Engineer, Daniel’s experience in Lean processes, software consulting/development, building strategic customer relationships and technical sales within an enterprise environment made him a natural fit to become a part of the Gainesville Delivery Center’s Agile SME team, as well as the Mindtree Agile Center of Excellence.
Throughout his career, Daniel has gained experience implementing organizational change using lean processes, supply chain optimization and consulting, and working directly with senior leadership at a variety major corporations. In addition, Daniel has developed his experience in qualifying and nurturing leads, understanding customer requirements, building lasting relationships, demonstrating the value of different service offerings, creating detailed proposals for projects over one million dollars, and guiding clients in project implementations through his work within enterprise sales teams. Daniel holds a bachelor’s degree in Industrial and Systems Engineering from the University of Florida and a minor in Business Administration. In addition, Daniel has completed certifications to become a certified Professional Scrum Master, SAFe Agilist, SAFe Practitioner, and Six Sigma Green Belt. |

After working years of working in Agile and Lean environments, I wanted to share some of the different things that I have learned and some of the challenges that I have experienced. My hope is that this site will provide some useful tips and also encourage people to share their own experiences and learnings with me as well!
